Spinach Artichoke Dip

All my life I have always loved spinach, my kids love it too. HB on the other hand doesn't like it at all, but he does like my Spinach Artichoke Dip. I initially looked for this recipe at All Recipes. That's where I usually end up when I search an ingredient. But I never find exactly what I'm looking for so I just change it up a little so that I will like it. Most of the recipes I found called for mayonnaise and I knew I wouldn't like it. I found one recipe that didn't call for mayonnaise it had Alfredo sauce instead. That recipe wanted you to roast 4 cloves of garlic and use less cream cheese. I say use whatever kind of garlic you have on hand and put as much or as little as you want. I usually use garlic cloves in my garlic press or that minced garlic that comes in a jar. This is really great for parties and I never have leftovers;)

1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 10 ounce jar Alfredo sauce
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 8 ounce Package cream cheese
2 tablespoons horseradish (optional)

Mix together all the ingredients and put in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted pita triangles.
